Ice Climbing and other winter programs:
If the temps are down and the snow is flying, sign up for ice climbing or mountaineering instruction in these pristine mountains. We offer guided climbs for all abilities as well as back country skiing and snowshoeing tours. Check out our Winter Programs.

The Olympic Village of Lake Placid offers winter fun such as ice skating, visiting the 1980 and 1932 Olympic bobsled run or ski jump complex and skiing at Whiteface Mountain. In the summer spend the day hiking or kayaking in this wild setting. You will find many friendly restaurants, motels, and lodges within this natural playground, and getting there is much easier than you may think, enjoy a scenic drive through the wilderness of upstate New York.

Rock Climbing:
Huge, remote cliffs like Wallface and Moss Cliff await the ambitious climber while the friendly slabs of Chapel Pond are perfect for the novice.

We have some great lodging deals for you!
